This is the mounting plate for the cover. The plate has a slightly raised portion for the board and 4 mounting holes. The perimeter mounting holes align with the cover. The holes are 2.5mm diameter for a 3mm tap. You can enlarge them and use the heat set insets as well, the thickness of the plate is 8mm, deep enough.

Cable guide for Prusa i3 Mk2 Extruder cables, prevents the issue of the 3mm filament guide coming loose from the Rambo case. Fits straight onto the current case guide using cable ties.

This piece avoid scratching your extruder cables After several month I saw that my extruder cables have some wear marks. The Nylon guide does not want to stay in place, then cables are having a too small angle and will fatigue.

You are never better served than by yourself! Well I was unable to locate one of this CAD model anywhere so I made one. This is practical when you designing an electronic box or something else and need it as a reference in your cad design. Print at your own risks :-) Disclamer: it's most likely not 100% accurate to real MiniRambo 1.3 but it's close enough for what I need to do. This is an attempt to replicate the explosive arrowhead of Rambo II. I have used images of the original movie, although I think mine are too big, I like the result. Of course it is impossible to throw them with a bow and make white.

I had clearance problems with the rails used to mount the Rambo board in the MendelMax 3.0 kit. So I created the mounting parts, shown in yellow in the photo, that provide a much better fit. The top extension adds 1 cm reach so the mounting rail doesn't hit against the Y stepper motor mount. I created slots in this part so you don't have to get them mounted perfectly.

I wanted a one sided version of a RABMo mount for aluminum Extrusion, so I Remixed the excellent version by 3DMakerWorld ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:223473 ). I also included the .scad file used to generate it. the decimated.stl can be replaced by the original but it will take a while to render as the original is ~25MB. Just take into meshmixer and reduce the object.

Made some small changes to incorporate a smart lcd controller into the lid of the box. This resulted in a slightly longer box. Incorporated fan mounts for (2) 40MM fans. I have not yet printed this box entirely, but have printed some test lids and the original box for purposes of test fitting and improving the design. This is for 40mm fan mounted at Einsy's door, blow directly to PCB. The column is sized for Noctua NF-A4x10 40mm fan (hole spacing 32mm). If you use different fan, you might need to adjust the column slightly. I use NF-A4x10 fan at 5V, and power directly from Einsy board's P3 port (pin1 for +5V, pin7 for GND). *Make sure you do some research before wiring!!!*

A nice looking controller box for the RAMBo 1.4 and the RepRapDiscount Full Graphics Smart Controller. This setup is for an MPCNC but can easily be used for other machines as well. I recommend that you set the fan to blow from inside out and mount a filter inside in the front to prevent dust to enter the control board. The fan needs to be 12V and connected to PIN 2 on the board. I haven't fully tested this myself yet but after adding the fan you need to change the code as one of the picture...

This is a taller version of the MPCNC CASE bottom by Lindh3D. I added knock-outs for GX16 connectors on the rear, and I changed the front vent to match the V1 Engineering logo. 3/17/20 - v21 - now 5mm taller (70mm) for more internal clearance above main fuse, plus added flat sides to keep GX16 connectors from turning

This was designed as an all-in-one enclosure for the Rambo board and Viki LCD on a Makergear M2. I went for a lower profile case so that it could be wide enough to accommodate the LCD while still allowing full travel of the Z axis. There is also a slot on the left side of the cover to allow for the carriage bolts when the carriage is all the way down.
