I needed a small case with enough room for wires for my Mini Rambo and was not happy with what was currently available so i designed this one. I designed this for CNC use so the case is very robust. Prints without supports. uses 4 M3 allen bolts for the lid and 4 for the board. Printed on Prusa MK3, Ender3 and Ender5 without issue. Currently using with my MPCNC and MPCNC Lowrider 2.

No amount of technical difficulties will stop us from discovering the magic held within Rambo: The Video Game! Case for a Mini RAMBO. Designed to fit on the back side of the Z Rails on a Ord Bot Hadron 3d Printer. This is to mount a Rambo to the underside of my delta printer that is wood. M3 screws are used to fasten to piece and any generic screws that fit through the holes to mount to bottom. I found that for some reason may be printer or measurements but if holes don't line up just rotate the piece until it fits.

This is a first go at a controller case for the Rambo 1.4 board I'm using on my MPCNC. The board itself is made by Ultimachine (ultimachine.com) though I ordered mine through V1 Engineering (www.v1engineering.com). a top for the RAMBo Board to keep out dust a little and protect electronics. i mounted it to the board with 4- 3/.50 nylon screws 1.25" long and nylon nuts. to be CNC'd out of 1/8" plexi with a 1/16" deep engrave. i tried to use auto tracer to get an outline of rambos face but it was a mess so i made this. i ended up just using the outline and bolt holes and deleting the rest to save cnc time and bit change time. if RAMBo comes out with a logo ill put one on it.

I needed a mini-rambo case for my printer which is made of 2040 extrusions. I remixed the case and hinges from a Prusa MK2S and this is the result. If you need the door it di not change and you can download that from Prusa yourself. If you do not want the back door then just print the base.

A box for the RAMBo controller board [RepRap Arduino-compatible Mother Board](http://reprap.org/wiki/Rambo). I wanted the same look as the power supply and I used the same [mounting brackets thing:2840894](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2840894). It's possible to tweak the attached scad model, though the code isn't in super shape. I hacked away and didn't take the time to clean it up. There is definitely room for improvement. The nut traps didn't work out like I envisioned, for instance.

The screw holes to the frame are a little off but they still work. Start all 4 then tighten, don't tighten the first one. It uses all the stock screws from the rigidbot board and it's case.

This is the improved head. I have beveled the tip and added a thread to the bottom. I have used white PLA painted with metallic gold and silver paint. I only sanded the tip because with my printer I could not get a sharp finish, although I suppose that with better printers you will get better results. I hope you like it PD: the body stl has better resolution than the one in the photo.

This is the mounting plate for the cover. The plate has a slightly raised portion for the board and 4 mounting holes. The perimeter mounting holes align with the cover. The holes are 2.5mm diameter for a 3mm tap. You can enlarge them and use the heat set insets as well, the thickness of the plate is 8mm, deep enough.
