Summary 3D Scan with Shining EinScan SE of the winding knob of a Rondinax 35U. Dimensions are mostly the same over all Rondinax models. This tri-clamp is useful for joining flanged pipe such as is used in chemical or food processing. The model is based on the geometry of a standard clamp from Mcmaster-Carr but adapted to make more suitable for 3D printing. It has been tested for assembly (works fine) but has not been used to join pressurised pipes. still to do: test! refine threads for easier printing

This is a blanking plug for a 1/2" BSP pipe fitting. Its main purpose for me was to test the water tightness of print settings, as it is the same thread as a shower head... Where ever I am, its easy to remove the shower head and replace it with this blanking plug, then turn on the shower to check if the print can hold mains water pressure. This is a threaded adapter to connector between two pipe threads. There is no sealing mechanism, so it with either need PTFE tape, liquid thread sealant (adhesive) or a rubber gasket. The 1/2" BSP thread is the same as is commonly used on shower heads, so this is useful for adapting those hoses for other uses.

Simple T piece to allow three pipes to be joined. Suitable for flexible pipe such as silicone or pvc with an internal diameter of around 4-7mm. it can be scaled to suit other sizes but bear in mind that the wall thickness gets quite thin if made smaller. (current min wall is 1mm). It has been lab tested but is not currently in use.
