I have not tried to print this and see if the balls will bind in the print job. My guess is they will bind unless you have some dissolvable support material in your printer.

Two of the clips on the back of a cabinet door broke causing the panel to fall out. These are the replacement clips I designed. The dark Brown one is the original and the white is the 3D printed version. Once I did this we had another cabinet with glass panels which always fel out because they were held in with rubber. I printed 4 more clips which needed to be slightly deeper (5.35mm) to hold the glass panels in.

I needed a cup or some other container to put the screws and other parts in when disassembled something. It had to have a rounded bottom so that small screws didn't roll into the corners where they were a pain to reach,

My 80mm PAS ring on my ebike was broken, so i needed a new one. Most of other rings are smaller, so i designed this one. This part is fast to print and to assembly. Just print, press 5mm magnet in it, lack it and press it on your bike. Ready to start.

The dust collector adaptor broke on my Ryobi mitre saw so I decided to make a new one! Thought I'd upload it here in case any one is having the same problem. This is a screw / small parts tray with 16 bins of varying sizes to help you keep stuff organized while you're taking things apart or building something. The width and height per bin are about 29mm and 13mm respectively, and the depth ranges from 19mm at the smallest to 39mm at the largest. I dropped my laser level and broke the top lens cover. This replacements is a bit stronger and still makes a neat replacement part that uses the original glass. No supports, I used PETG in my Ender 5 and it bridges the top layer nicely.

Replacement burner knob for an older style CharGriller gas grill. The original molded knobs are very weak at the shaft bore. Two models are included, identical except with or without a center support for the keyed shaft on the recessed underside. I printed this in PLA but it may ultimately be necessary to print in ABS for higher heat tolerance. Not so much from the grill but the sun. Time will tell if I need to reprint mine.

Lost or broke your router table insert? I did. Ugh. I'm almost glad I did. This one is a much better fit than the stock insert. This is the replacement filter pin for the Gaggia Classic Expresso Machine. They are really easy to lose and cost around $7-$10 a piece so I figured I'd make one. They fit perfectly! I suggest using ABS since boiling water passes through this part.

The knob broke on my boot dryer, and I was starting to get sick of using a pair of pliers to turn the timer. I believe the boot dryer is a Dicks/Field and Stream MaxxDry version (see attached picture).
