I designed this glider in 3DFoil and printed it using the .stl export feature. The calculation show that the glider will trim out at 6 degrees (C.G. at wing leading edge) and glide for about 20 - 30 ft. (not tested). The wing span is 4 inches. My son loves the 50p foam gliders we get from the model shop so I have made him a super sized glider based on a Spitfire. Its cut from 2.6mm balsa wood with a 5mm clear acrylic nose and 3mm dowel pins holding it together - no glue as long as the dowels are tight enough.

This is a static model of the popular training glider ASK13. The model comes in two ready to use bluid plate. If the outer wing part is too difficult to print straight up, it might be a good idea to print it flat. Printed just fine on my Ender 3 with 0.16mm PLA layers, after a slicing done with PusaSlicer. No raft or brim used, these would probably be a pain to remove ^^

I also added RC controlled vertical and horizontal tail surfaces. It is designed for 10 mm foam or wood nose and 30 mm motor holes for self tapping screws. EDIT1: I added also version with smaller motor mount holes for better grip - self tapping or wood screws M3 x 8 is ideal for that.
