This is the stopper for the Weighted Companion Cube piggy bank. I printed this on a Prusa i3 MK3 using TPU so that the stopper would be semi-flexible. I did have some trouble with the print sticking to the bed, but slowing down my print speed helped. I also had some trouble with the first few layers and ended up cutting out some excess material that filled the first few layers of the hole. I think the issue may be related to the geometry itself.

This is a remix of a great companion cube model. The inside is hollowed out and a hole is cut in the top for the stopper. The file for the stopper is available for download on my profile as well. Designed to trap original nuts without washers. Printed @ low infill to allow slight compression on thumbwheel mating surface producing tension preventing assembly from loosening or not, only time will tell. If you're not able to figure out component orientation from photo, you probably shouldn't be 3d printing. Yup, I know there is banding on shown example...am working on Z axis to resolve that.

Experimenting with dual color print with a single nozzle, (side-by-side) print consists of 2 separate print jobs, 1st job prints and finishes, keep the nozzle and bed on preheat, change the filament, print 2nd print. no supports, no bed adhesion, the prints are 0.6mm thick, i print at 0.2, so this would be 3 layers per color/print job (i have ironing settings for all layers) i tend to print the white.stl file first. Be sure to line up both files perfectly in cura or whatever slicer you use...

A friend of mine designed this custom bezel for my personal N64 PiCart, so with permission I am sharing it with the world. This is a custom version that has had the grove on the bottom of the bezel removed. In order to use this a small amount of plastic needs to be removed from the bottom(NOT label side) part of the N64 cartridge, see picture.
