We report trigonometric parallaxes and proper motions of water masers for 12 massive star forming regions in the Perseus spiral arm of the Milky Way as part of the Bar and Spiral Structure Legacy (BeSSeL) Survey. Combining our results with 14 parallax measurements in the literature, we estimate a pitch angle of 9.9 +/- 1.5 degrees for a section of the Perseus arm. We investigate the windings around the origin of the two-dimensional Markov process (X,L) having the stable L\'evy process L and its primitive X as coordinates, in the non-trivial case when |L| is not a subordinator. First, we show that these windings have an almost sure limit velocity, extending McKean's result [McK63] in the Brownian case. In this paper we consider tachyonic matter in spatially at FRW universe, and obtain behavior of some important cosmological parameters for two special cases of potentials. First we assume the exponential potential and then consider hyperbolic cosine type potential. In both cases we obtain behavior of the Hubble, deceleration and EoS parameters. This work deals with braneworld models in the presence of auxiliary fields. We investigate the case where Einstein's equation is modified with the inclusion of extra, non-dynamical terms. We show that the model supports first-order differential equations that solve the equations of motion, but the standard braneworld scenario changes under the presence of the parameter that controls the non-dynamical or auxiliary fields that modifies Einstein's equation.
