This is a replacement rotary encoder knob for the TM680/TOM680 keyboard. There are three different versions: regular cylinder, filleted cylinder, and chamfered cylinder. The knob's outer diameter is approximately 19.5mm, and the stem diameter (D-shaped) is approximately 6mm. As printed on my printer, the knob fits snuggly on the TM680's stem, but not as snuggly as the stock knob (which I often had difficulty removing).

Insert for using the Hammerhead Karoo 2 mounting system on a KW Mobile bike GPS mount for Garmin: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B0759V5YHC since the original mount is not compatible with 35 mm handlebars. Remove the old insert, replace it with this one and put the Hammerhead mounting clip, which can be removed from the handle bar mount bundled with the Karoo2, on top of the insert. This is a thing to keep boxes/things from moving around your boot/trunk. Scale the dimensions depending on your needs, short file is 100x100 and 50mm tall and the other file is 100x100x100. Stick the 'hook' part of some velcro tape to the bottom and you're good to go (if you've got very short pile carpet in your boot like my car). This is a different gondola Approach for the awesome Makelangelo Drawing Robot. (www.makelangelo.com) You need 2 Bearrings (bearing 30-42-7) and a SG90 Servo. The initial concept was to add a Lipo and an Adafruit Feather Esp32 board in order to have a wireless gondola. I realized, that the Battery was not big enough so I just put some Weight into the penliftbox and ditched the wireless idea.

General Assembly: Fit parts together and assemble with crazy glue. Pushing crazy glue into the under side trailing edge of the wing will help keep fibers in place. You may use single plane templates to build you own wing design. I used 1.00 mm for final thickness. Holes can be used with a 3 mm screw for testing different wings without gluing. I designed up this bag lid that uses the existing hardware from the 86-2003 Kawasaki Voyager xii. My wife wanted a cupholder for an upcoming bike trip. I printed the bag lid and the cupholder and placed it where it was comfortable for her to grab the cup. I secured the cupholder to the bag lid with 4 M3 screws and nuts. I printed it in PLA using 1.2mm shell settings and 25% infill and it held up just fine.

A nice mid-range boomerang. The (relatively dense) first print that I made has a nice 40 meter range. Needs a hard, low throw with a bit of layover. As always, make sure the boomerang is flat or bent slightly upward (positive dihedral) when it comes off the build plate. They tend to warp downwards, which needs to be corrected.

This is my idea of a Raspberry Pi rack mount case. The 19-inch version can hold up to 15 Raspberry Pis and the 10-inch version up to 6. At the moment I'm still looking for a suitable power supply for all 15 slots The Heatsink i recomend is one like this: https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/aluminium-heatsink-case-for-raspberry-pi-4 Ruthex RX-M3x5.7 thread inserts must be installed in all 4 mm holes. An 80 mm fan should be installed. I'm still looking for a suitable fan controller.
