I had a lot of trouble getting the 0.5 version of the base plate printed. I tried sending off to ShapeWays and Ponoko both of which complained of wall thickness problems at the bearing pole and at the filament feed blocks. This is my humble and crude attempt at a fix. The holes for the filament and the bearing pole do require you to drill them out (I could not be sure what screw sizes would work so I didn't make them too large). I also left off the T-Slot at the top of the larger filament guide...

Mechanical endstop v1.2 holder for 3DCR Doubles X-carriage. Attach it to the X carriage piece of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:201184 I put an overlenght bolt to the X idlers bearing, so the endstop reaches limit there.

Brand name ibuprofen has a syringe adapter for a proprietary syringe, but 5ml (or smaller/larger) are cheaper, more available and can be used again and again for other bottles. These adapters create a seal with the appropriate hole for the syringe to draw the liquid up without mess or fuss. Simply measure the inner diameter of your bottle with a caliper and rework the file for your own use.

A collar that you can screw onto the standard neck bolt of a Dremel Multitool. It's designed so that you can print out 2mm-thick stencils and use this to trace them with a router bit, so you can precisely cut out small bits of timber etc (using a Dremel router bit). I haven't actually had great results using it, but the screw thread fits perfectly on my Dremel, so you may find that useful if you're designing something similar using Rhino. I've included the Rhino 3DM file with my working.
