A gauge printed at 0.3 layer height. Allowed me to instantly see whether the holes in the models I am drawing, would actually be the size I needed when printed in PLA. On the reverse are hexagon cutouts to test whether a nut would easily fit in a certain size. The number markings were difficult to see; filled with black paint would be the best way of making them stand out. May be of use to someone.

I knew having Welsh as a last name would come in handy some day. I tricked out this Seej Catapult. It now shoots a penny 3 to 12 feet. I used a PLA 1.8 Spike as the pivot at just the right angle. Was having problems with the filament drifting on the direct drive extruder of the Printrbot Simple (v2) so I merged the STL version of the laser cut parts and added an extension tube in Tinkercad. I'm still having issues with the filament not grabbing enough or too much and chewing it up but that's another problem to solve. This thing was made with Tinkercad. This is a digital indicator mount for the Prusa Mendel i2. This mount is designed to slip in between the X-axis smooth rods and have the standard LM8UU bearings slide into the mount. The mount hole for the digital indicator was designed to fit a 9.5mm collar and I've added a link below to the indicator I have purchased. I designed the oil-less bush holder for my printer "Kid Mendel". The oil-less bush's dimensions are as follows, ID : 8 mm OD : 12 mm L : 15 mm It seems like called 081215 as a model number. The oil-less bush is cheaper than lm8uu bearing and the weight is lighter also. It shows low noise, smooth and light movement without any lubricating oil. The distance between the holes of the holder's flange is 24 mm. The center height is 9 mm.
