We analyze the time reversal of waves in a turbulent medium using the parabolic Markovian model. We prove that the time reversal resolution can be a nonlinear function of the wavelength and independent of the aperture. We establish a duality relation between the turbulence-induced wave spread and the time-reversal resolution which can be viewed as an uncertainty inequality for random media. We provide necessary and sufficient conditions for a Jacobi matrix to produce orthogonal polynomials with Szeg\H{o} asymptotics off the real axis. A key idea is to prove the equivalence of Szeg\H{o} asymptotics and of Jost asymptotics for the Jost solution. We also prove $L^2$ convergence of Szeg\H{o} asymptotics on the spectrum.

The confluent second-order supersymmetric quantum mechanics, for which the factorization energies tend to a single value, is studied. We show that the Wronskian formula remains valid if generalized eigenfunctions are taken as seed solutions. The confluent algorithm is used to generate SUSY partners of the Coulomb potential.
