In this paper we start the program of constructing generalized special Lagrangian torus fibrations for Calabi-Yau hypersurfaces in toric variety near the large complex limit, with respect to the restriction of a toric metric on the toric variety to the Calabi-Yau hypersurface. The construction is based on the deformation of the standard toric generalized special Lagrangian torus fibration of the large complex limit $X_0$. In this paper, we will deal with the region near the smooth top...

In this paper we prove that the K\"{a}hler-Einstein metrics for a degeneration family of K\"{a}hler manifolds with ample canonical bundles Gromov-Hausdorff converge to the complete K\"{a}hler-Einstein metric on the smooth part of the central fiber when the central fiber has only normal crossing singularities inside smooth total space. We also prove the incompleteness of the Weil-Peterson metric in this case.

In this paper we give a construction of Lagrangian torus fibration for Calabi-Yau hypersurface in toric variety via the method of gradient flow. Using our construction of Lagrangian torus fibration, we are able to prove the symplectic topological version of SYZ mirror conjecture for generic Calabi-Yau hypersurface in toric variety. We will also be able to give precise formulation of SYZ mirror conjecture in general (including singular locus and duality of singular fibres).

In this paper we will discuss local coordinates canonically corresponding to a Kahler metric. We will also discuss and prove the $C^\infty$ convergence of Bergman metrics following Tian's result on $C^2$ convergence of Bergman metrics. At the end, we present an interesting characterization of ample line bundle that could be useful in arithmetic geometry.

You may also charge your phone with a usb line. Please print the two back parts in stand position with some supports to avoid the hands breaking. It's better you creat supports by manual. Total weight of whole set around 100g with 25% infill. For more information, please refer to my post https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3472346

Steel pin 1pc, 5x50mm, match your bearings. 3. Glass fiber bars 5x350-400mm 1pc, 8x400mm 1pc, you may use steel bar or carbon fiber bar as well. 4. A coil plate for pla/ABS as foundation, you'd better draw a part by yourself, that will fit your plate very well. You should try different tolerances of some parts to make the...

We study the nonlinear Schr\"odinger equation with a periodic delta-function potential. This realizes a nonlinear Kr\"onig-Penney model, with physical applications in the context of trapped Bose-Einstein condensate alkaly gases and in the transmission of signals in optical fibers. We find analytical solutions of zero-current Bloch states. Such wave-functions have the same periodicity of the potential, and, in the linear limit, reduce to the Bloch functions of the Kr\"onig-Penney...

If a normalized K\"{a}hler-Ricci flow $g(t),t\in[0,\infty),$ on a compact K\"{a}hler $n$-manifold, $n\geq 3$, of positive first Chern class satisfies $g(t)\in 2\pi c_{1}(M)$ and has $L^{n}$ curvature operator uniformly bounded, then the curvature operator will also uniformly bounded along the flow. Consequently the flow will converge along a subsequence to a K\"{a}hler-Ricci soliton.

This article is from Frontiers in Neural Circuits , volume 8 . Abstract Spike timing-dependent plasticity (STDP) of glutamatergic synapses is a Hebbian associative plasticity that may underlie certain forms of learning. A cardinal feature of STDP is its dependence on the temporal order of presynaptic and postsynaptic spikes during induction: pre–post (positive) pairings induce t-LTP (timing-dependent long-term potentiation) whereas post–pre (negative) pairings induce t-LTD (timing-dependent...

The energy band structure and energy splitting due to quantum tunneling in two weakly linked Bose-Einstein condensates were calculated by using the instanton method. The intrinsic coherent properties of Bose Josephson junction were investigated in terms of energy splitting. For $E_{C}/E_{J}\ll 1$, the energy splitting is small and the system is globally phase coherent. In the opposite limit, $E_{C}/E_{J}\gg 1$, the energy splitting is large and the system becomes a phase dissipation. Our...

Diffusion rates are calculated on the basis of van Hove's formula for the dynamical structure factor (DSF) related to particle scattering at mobile adsorbates. The formula is evaluated quantum mechanically using eigenfunctions obtained from three dimensional realistic models for H/Pd(111) derived from first principle calculations. Results are compatible with experimental data for H/Ru(0001) and H/Pt(111), if one assumes that the total rate obtained from the DSF is the sum of a diffusion and a...
