This part is designed to guide the filament into the extruder inlet. It´s used together with a small part of the standard 2x4mm PTFE (Teflon) tube to fix at the extruder. It also helps to remove dust from the filament before entering the system. For simple Extruders i recommend to drill a 4mm hole into the inlet side. For improved versions you can use the thread connection and the hose fitting to mount the Filament guide (see pictures).

Der Soundbar von auvisio fehlt leider eine Möglichkeit, sie aufzuhängen. Es fehlen die kleinen Löcher auf der Rückseite. Zweimal die beiliegende .STL gedruckt und in einem Abstand von ca. 30cm durch die Löcher unter das Regal geschraubt kann man die Soundbar von der Seite einschieben. Filzgleiter auf der Unterseite verhindern, dass die Soundbar zerkratzt und entkoppelt.

Natürlich hat bei mir auch der Marder zugeschlagen und schön die Schlauchverbindung für das Wischwasser durchgebissen. Sekundenkleber, Isolierband, Epoxy-Knete hat alles nicht richtig dicht gehalten. The printing tolerances create a clearance between chassis and the hood. This is a locking mechanism intended to reduce these gap. Also it holds the hood in place during driving. Fix it with 2x M1.6 screws and drill 2x holes (8mm from front and 30mm from left/right). Than depending on the force you want to apply choose the right diameter. Since the original battery was not removable i decided to design a new sleeve. I have reused the metal part from the old glow plug (remove the old battery before) and insert a single cable for the negative phase. Finally it fits with every standard AA accumulator and can be environmentally friendly recharged. :) Enjoy!

Kennst ihr diese USB-Sticks mit samtweichen Oberfläche? Die sich so toll anfühlt? Am Anfang. Und nach ein paar Jahren hat sich die Oberfläche zu einer klebrigen Grütze verwandelt, die man nicht mehr anfassen will. Meine Lösung: Die Elektronik aus den Sticks geholt, das Gehäuse weggeschmissen und neu gedruckt. Ein Klecks Heißkleber hilft, dass die innere Platine nicht herausrutscht. Farbe kann man natürlich selbst wählen. Bei mir war es fruchtiges Mango-orange.

Den Galgen zum Aufhängen eines Headsets benutze ich für mein Mikrofon. Taugt natürlich auch für Kopfhörer etc. Einfach mit ein bisschen Klebeknete oder doppelseitigem Klebeband dort befestigen, wo es greifbar sein soll. I use this to hang up my microphone. This is my ultimate Kossel Mini spool guide and protection system. The design is not hermetically sealed but it protects your filament against dust, moisture and sunlight. Due to the need to trim the front driveshaft of the kulak i design a simple sleeve (8.1x22mm) for it. This helps to ease pushing together and enforce the drivetrain for good motor performance. (2018-08-21 Update) Due to reassembly because of painting i try to reduce the diameter to 8mm, luckily it works even better.
