There isn't anything specifically Yoshi about it besides the wider shape and increased smoothness. It was printed in white PLA and then painted to give it the proper look.

A slight modification done to the base by LuckyPunk. It was pretty difficult to get the support the Ultimaker had put on the design off. By putting this into Tinkercad I quickly hollowed it out a bit more to make it easier to print and then clean up. Three different versions are included. We went with the 3rd for the print seen here. The support easily snapped off after removing from the base. It balances very well, especially with a bit of sticky put on the bottom.

This is was printed directly from the STL made by Frederik Vollbrecht at https://grabcad.com/library/cactuar. The rendering is his as well. It was made as a Christmas gift, a keychain charm. Unfortunately, I did not snag a photo of the final print before we gave it away. This is an in-build pic at normal quality.

These files are based on the model by arun iyer at http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=7e4fa53a42a998fc198a985df972e107&prevstart=24 To 3D Print this, I fixed under the arms and cleaned up much of the lines. I also split it in half and made the arms, legs and body separate pieces. The area around the mouth legs could use some more improvement, but it printed fine after these changes. By gluing a ring behind the eyes we made it an ornament. Let me know if there are any issues...
