The City of Wilmington, partnering with Delaware Technical and Community College's Corporate and Community Programs, provides participants with technical skills, business support services, and loan packaging assistance. The summer session begins June 28th, and it is free for City residents, businesses relocating to Wilmington, and to anyone interested in opening a business in the City.
