Texas CD map set for discontinued National Geographic TOPO! state series software. Based on maps produced by the U.S. Geological Survey.
There is no serial number on this disk set. Instead, the TOPO! software has to verify a CD is present. You will either need to burn the TX_D02.iso to a CD and load it in your CD drive or mount the iso through a CD-drive emulator. One it is recognized, the set will be available in TOPO! with a software-generated serial. My install records it as ccTX-0nnn-cccc .
While appreciated, this package an older version. It lacks the catalog file (*.tpc) associated with each map disk that newer Topo! versions (v3 & up) have. Besides having newer quads in some cases, newer state series versions have a big advantage: they don't need to be "installed" through the program. You can manually get Topo! to recognize the Level 5 maps for a given state by copying each disk's catalog file into the "program files...\...\catalog" directory. No serial # is necessary. No CD or ISO image is necessary (the file contents, yes; the medium, no). Replacing this with a newer version of TX would solve the problem.

Unable to burn some of the Topo programs to cd/dvds to install them. Haven't figured out how to use a virtual cd to install the other programs with Topo asking for a cd disk

Word is this disk set is not working for everyone. Install seems to happen, but maps are not activated. Once I have a chance to figure out why, I will either post better instructions in the description or delete this set and repost. Apologies!
