the 8th district at large and final contract is 7222 vallejo. as you know once you make your recommendations those are will be recommended to the board of supervisors. this allows owners to answer into contracts with historic presentation authority. for the length of the contract in order to apply for the act they must be on the national register. commercial properties must be valued between 5 millions. the need for exemption must be supported by the finding of the historic report. it's a 10 year contract that renews automatically every year. symseveral of the contracts were submitted to the planning department. the designation was approved in may 2014 after the deadline. a second deadline of september 3rd was for the third district first year it was delayed at the time of dismissing on may 1st. all the applications have on forwarded to the recorders office for their property take evaluation. your paths have the evaluation and the assessors officer are working to resolve this. this is exhibit c in our packets. the evaluations will be evaluated.
