we begin tonight with what scottsdale police are calling an incident of road rage. this all began when a woman called 911 to say a black sedan was ramming her car while she was driving right near thomas and scottsdale road. officers caught up with the black sedan near 48th street and thomas, and that's when the driver allegedly took around, turn off, crashed into an suv and spun out, also hitting a police cruiser. nobody chaos out there, but the driver was arrested and police believe that driver was under the influence. our other big story tonight, a valley teen who almost lost her life is speaking out tonight from her hospital bed. she is still recovering from some really bad injuries after a suspected drunk driver slammed into her and a friend. tonight we are also learning more about the man who is still in jail. that's where we find stefania okolie live with the update for
