that's where nbc10's keith jones is live. keith, any word on what led to this deadly crash? >> reporter: i can walk you through it as police told us. the septa bus was coming up here on 23rd street, was making a left hand turnabout the same moment when a woman was pushing a stroller with a child inside. the septa bus didn't stop in time. >> it appears she was close to the crosswalk. we're not exactly sure yet. >> reporter: you can see the woman's shoe. it flew off on impact. this is one of the stroller's tires. here on the sidewalk of chestnut street from skyforce10. >> obviously the infant that was in the stroller is also going to have issues for the rest of their lives. >> reporter: the police captain says the child was unharmed. the woman in her 60s died at the scene. investigators are trying to determine the woman's relationship to that child. police collected evidence from inside the number 9 septa bus, which was filled with passengers at the time. we spotted the driver on scene cooperating, but police aren't sure who had the right of way or whether the woman with the s

. >>> good morning, i'm keith jones. we head to the polls on tuesday. that's not soon enough for many americans. the election has become a significant source of stress. according to a survey by a marketing research term, "civic science," 48% of adults say the presidential election is a significant source of stress in their lives, equally among republicans and democrats. the american psychological association found similar results. according to their survey, 52% of adults say the election is causing very or somewhat significant stress. the results break down failure equally between republicans and democrats, again. but the results differ when it comes to age. older adults and millenials are feeling the most stress. that concerns the past president of the apa. >> research shows that college students' anxiety and depression has been going up over the last few years. and i'm worried that here we're now dump on them this uncertain election, this really churned-up campaign that we're looking, campaigns plural. and if it's stressing out non-students and other

let's go to keith jones. a close presidential race around the country. what's happening in pennsylvania? >> 87% of precincts. 17% too donald trump. montgomery county, numbers still not available. that could be due to the long lines at the polls. in delaware county, 30% of pre sipgs are reporting. hillary clinton is extending her lead over trump. 57 to 40. this mirrors president obama's lead in 2012 and 2008 against senator mccain. in chester county, about 20% of precincts are reporting. 52% for hillary. 44 for donald trump. mitt romney won this county four years ago. mccain on the other hand, lost it. in bucks county, a small number of precincts reporting. clinton leads 51-45. this was closer in 2012. lastly, berks county, about half of the precincts are reporting. clinton is leading by two points. romney beat obama in berks four years ago. pennsylvania's 20 electoral votes still too close to call, guys. >> all right, keith. one of the races we're closely watching is the one for u.s. senate in pennsylvania. republican pat toomey, the incumbent versus kat
