. >> garrett tenney is live in d.c. with more reaction to this story. garrett, good morning. >> good morning, sandra, ed and -- president-elect trump calling this nothing more than a scam for green party candidate jill stein to fill her coffers. this was in response to a handful of computer science experts who claim that a hacker could have potentially influenced the election. there has been no evidence to support that claim. stein says there's no indication that vote tampering took place in these states but she's arguing a full recount is needed to reassure those with questions about the results. now the clinton campaign wants to join the recount effort as well. mr. trump responded last night in a statement, bashing steinand the recount effort saying this is for a election that's been conceded. the results should be respected instead of being challenged and abused which is what jill steinis doing. she narrowly beat clinton in wisconsin, pennsylvania and michigan. still, stein plans to move ahead in those states and potentially others as well. tweeting
