happening right now, arlington and fairfax county are on alert for a potentially rabid fox. there have been reports of at least three different attacks in the last few days. john gonzalez has the latest. we have been talking to residents who live in this mclean neighborhood. they say they see fox's here all the time. this week, many of the folks have seen a fox that appears to be injured with bloody paws and a bloody nose and a laceration on his back leg. it has attacked at least one person in this area. we just spoke to a woman who was attacked here on tuesday morning in the front yard. she says she made eye contact with this fox and then it lunged at her twice. she got a chance to take a couple of photos after she was written on the leg -- bitten on the leg. the fox moved very slowly. she was rushed to the emergency room and animal control was called. later, someone walking with a baby stroller was also attacked. this woman says she believes it is the same rabid fox. >> it was clear it was injured by an animal or car. i think it felt presence -- threatened by my presence.
