the news, and that tv station in maryland, they have no idea why they were targeted. they appear to have been the warm up for the big event. the big event happened today. about 12:30 today, cencom was taken over today with the same picture. for 40 minutes. whoever hijacked them used it to post taunting messages like this one to u.s. soldiers. and also pictures and links of what it said was classified information. what looked to be pentagon and military plans for china and north korea were not that. the map that was posted opportunities out to be lifted from the website federation for american scientists. that's where they got that front. other information included this list of retired general offices from the united states army. and it is worrying to see a group like this posting information, but it is also not classified information. it has been publicly available if you knee where where to look for it. the account posted, we think, about ten tweets and lots and lots of files. they also uploaded two isis videos. by 1:10 they were back in control of their social media

wboc tv which is the cbs affiliate in salisbury, maryland. when they got the group posted this sort of weird message on christmas eve, right. in the second attack a last week, they posted a similar message a, not referencing christmas this time but a new year's message. infidels, new year will make you suffer. that was posted on the wboc tv station twitter account last week. that same message was posted on the website of the albuquerque news journal last week. i should mention even though the attackers managed to get their isis guy and the picture of the guy in the scarf, managed to get that up there again and take over the twitter accounts the way they had the first time around. when they tried to post this article on the albuquerque news journal website, they couldn't defeat the pay wall. they are able to do all of this stuff but if you want to read the article they posted called infidels, new year will make you suffer, you had to click through the consumer questionnaire on the newspaper pay wall in order to read that article. even internat

mike seidel is in savage maryland with more. >> reporter: good afternoon, from interstate 95 we're midway between d.c. and baltimore. looking at northbound traffic on a wet interstate. 695, that's the beltway, 11 miles, 11 minutes, traffic is moving at a pretty good clip. the roads are wet but not icy. temperatures have been hovering around 34. there have been issues during the morning hours across parts of maryland virginia and west virginia primarily north and west of the baltimore d.c. area. icing reports on some of the neighborhood streets and overpasses at an dulles and frederick and towards the pennsylvania line. as temperatures there dropped right down to freezing and some of the moisture froze up on cold surfaces because it was so cold last week. now temperatures in most areas have risen above freezing. those advisories will fall off the boards and through the afternoon we'll see temperatures in d.c. and baltimore warm up to the mid to upper 30s. rain will end this evening then it will be cold and blustery again tomorrow much like last week with highs only around freezing. as far
