national correspondent jennifer griffin joins us live from the pentagon. jennifer, which one is it? >> reporter: jennifer we are getting breaking news across the wires. the state news agency in yemen says an agreement has been reached between the president and the houthi rebels keeping him, surrounding him inside his house. we don't have a lot of details but the state news agency is saying that the agreement would have the houthi rebels pull back from the presidential palace, which they took over yesterday and would remove their security corydoned around the president's house in exchange they would get more representation inside the government. this jives with what we have been hearing and expecting from officials we talked ifn d.c.. the pentagon officials said that they were not viewing developments in yemen today as a coup. they have been very careful all along, in fact, colonel steve warren, the spokesman here at the pentagon says i have seen nothing to suggest he was under arrest, the state department said the same. >> this is a very fluid situation on the ground. it's a challen

first, jennifer griffin at the messenger on how all this went down. jennifer? >> stuart, the cyberhack attack hit the centcom twitter can't and youtube page at just about the same time the president was making remarks about cyber security. the official centcom twitter account had a beener that said "i love isis" and talked of a cyber caliphate. shot is photos that looked like they were taken from web cameras inside u.s. military bases. it took 40 minutes to halt the attack. one of the tweets said "isis is already here. we're in your pcs in each military base." a senior defense official issued the following statement quote: we can confirm the u.s. central command twitter and youtube accounts were compromised earlier today. we are taking appropriate measures to address the matter. i have no further information to provide at this time. the official centcom youtube site again playing isis propaganda videos. with fiery images of isis fighters but perhaps most disturbing were the personal details the hackers published of u.s. army commanders and the top leadership of
