it will be slower than usual coming from concord to 680/4 interchange. we've had slower than usual traffic this morning all over the south bay, not to be denied of the attention in the lime light. the south bay commute very slow. i can show it to you on a map. 101 is slow before the capitol expressway. it's a solid line into mountain view. 85 and 280 are very slow as you drive through. on the peninsula, 101 at 92, we have some slow traffic especially in this interchange here if you are driving that way. 280 is a much better option getting down the peninsula. bay bridge toll plaza, is about a 20, 25-minute drive time into san francisco. caltrain had an earlier train taken out of service. b.a.r.t. is doing well. back to the desk. ♪ i'm going to kansas city kansas city here i come ♪ >> i'm told this is fats domino singing. i'm trying to find the year. westbound highway 4, a couple of minor crash on the way to concord. let's go to 280 in san jose. 7:03 let's go back to the desk. >> the sheriff's office is looking for suspects, in a late night shooting. the victim, a 12-year-old child. it happened in bay point outside an apartment complex on welden street. alex salvage has been on the scene since 4:30 this morning. you just spoke to a neighbor. >> good morning to you. one neighbor who heard the gun fire told me she was horrified who said the victim until this case was a child. the shooting happened on welden street, where we are this morn ing. deputies moved in here and taped off this area to begin the investigation. a sheriff spokesman confirmed a 12-year-old child was shot andoff air lifted to hospital in oakland. they are not giving us the condition of the young victim this morning. investigators not said what the circumstances of the shooting were, or if anybody is in custody in connection with what happened. we did talk a short time ago with a woman who lives nearby and describes what she heard
