low 80s concord, livermore. here's another gorgeous view as we look towards san francisco. clouds will increase tomorrow. rain and showers for halloween and we are looking at a slight chance of thunderstorms friday evening. here's the pacific satellite picture. you see that system in northern california, it's not going anywhere fast. another stalled out front. colder storm is coming. this looks more like winter and it's due in here for halloween. so when you take a look at the timing of all of this, as we head towards friday morning, the commute looks pretty bad. we could see some pretty widespread rainfall at 5:00 a.m., it looks like. at 9:00 a.m. when the halloween festivities are taking place at the schools, we will still see some rain around most areas except maybe a few parts of the north bay. then we get a couple hour break in the afternoon. sun goes down at 6:12 p.m. when you take your little ones out trick or treating, you just may get lucky as you will notice the rain has shifted east and the showers redevelop about 9:00 p.m. and continue to spread across the entir
