I was not satisfied with the commercially available omni wheel, so I designed it from scratch.The wheels used were commercially available products.
As strength is enough, I think that it can be used equal to or more than the omni wheel sold. It's not a toy.
The following items are required for assembly.
• Hammer Caster 425G-R25 (Remove the inside with a 5 mm drill. I prepared wheel_F for those who had difficulty getting this caster. It will be a temporary substitute. 3D printing with TPU filaments may be better.) • Parallel pin (SUS303 5Φ 24mm Actually, a 4.5 mm shaft is fine, but it is difficult to get. The design was done on a 5 mm shaft.) • Needs many 3 mm screws
For those crazy people who really want to assemble only with 3D printed parts, data on eight toy shafts is also included.
Spring pins are recommended as an alternative to parallel pins. There is no need to remodel the caster with a drill. Also, the price is cheap.
