It's kind of unfair to give this show 3 stars based solely on the "loungey" sound of disk 1. When Spearhead does a long show, it starts slow and builds energy. I think my man Tyler should have popped in disks 2 and 3 before reviewing this. He'd have given it a higher rating, I think. I have no complaints. After all the 1-CD shows from the tour up the west coast and into B.C., I'm sure the band was happy to be able to stretch out and jam some. It shows.

Soundboard quality. All levels are perfect, and all instruments are well represented on the recording, but some things (guitar) isn't as high as it should be on the recording. I only listened to disk 1 and on the whole that first disk has a 'laid back' / 'loungy' feel to it.. nothing too high energy, but in a chill-out good way. A fun listen for sure.
