It says 'unknown mics' but it sounds like a soundboard. Not even a matrix, i mean, the audience is barely noticable. The levels definately are too 'hot' for most of the recording, and the vocals distort at times often enough to be noticable. There is a nice "billy jean" jam by radioactive during 'sometimes'. I wasn't super impressed with the version of 'oh my god'. I've heard many better ones. I like it when it's slow and drawn into a funky soul feel. this version of the song seemed too 'rushed' and off tempo. Maybe because it was their first song and they were nervous. 'Every single soul' is well done. It's a short set, but it sounds like a really cool idea: do a free show in the park of vancouver. It sounds like about 1000 people showed up. A fun time i'm sure. Great to hear so many recordings of Spearhead up here, support bands that are so taper friendly! Buy their merchendise and buy their live tickets and tell your friends about them.
