Arkanoid IIE (8-Bit) Taito Corporation (C) 1988 Arkanoid is of course a conversion of the Arcade game which is a souped up version of Breakout. The exact details of the crack are available here .
Protect the island from land grabbers. The island is shown in the middle of the screen and the land grabbers come from both the east and the west. You control two OIDS (Orbiting Island Defense System) which shoot missiles at the land grabbers. There is one stationed on each side of the island which moves independently of the other.
