Students at St Hilda’s School are regularly encouraged to ask ‘hard questions’ of their religious education teachers. These sessions cover two consecutive classes with a group of Year 10 girls. The entire sessions involve questions asked of the teacher without any warning or notice. The responses are issued straight away and are recorded without any editing. Accordingly, the outcome is a genuine class experience, indicative of many others through the school year.
