A Resources folder for older sound files in Minecraft, it's best to apply a Soundfix mod if you want these to stick since Minecraft often replaces these. It uses Forge mod loader, and the mod itself is the jar file found in side the zip archive which also has the source files for the mod. Although, these share the same file path as modern Minecraft, so if you have modern Minecraft you may want to uninstall or move the current files used for it.
