There are some unique vending machines set up in Writer Square through New Years Day. But instead of a bag of chips or a soda, you can help someone in need.
The Giving Machines were started by the Church of Jesus Christ and Latter-day Saints. But after a visit to Salt Lake City by Mayor Hancock, he worked to have them here as well.
