Memo to Customers by Glenn Baaso regarding a proposed new pricing policy. Baaso was the production manager at Computer Image Corp in 1982. Animation jobs were notorious for over-running their initial bids due to mid-project changing demands from customers. Baaso was attempting to get control of this. The poliicy was never stated as directly as this memo suggests.
