Mayor Frank Scott, Jr., City Manager Bruce Moore, Fire Chief Delphone Hubbard, and Little Rock firefighters were joined by the family to dedicate Engine 12 in honor of Battalion Chief Edward Karriem on the solemn anniversary of Sept. 11, 2021, on which we remember the service and bravery of first responders everywhere. Karriem, 41, was a line of duty death on Feb. 13, 2021, who had served the Division of Fire Services in Little Rock for 17 years. We will never forget Chief Edward Karriem.
