Everett Planning Commission met on March 2, 2021 to discuss the following agenda.
Item 1: Model Code Partnership Project
The MCP is a component of the Everett Link Extension (EVLE) project and will help promote policy and regulatory consistency and realize high-quality Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) along the EVLE corridor. This collaborative effort will benefit from $2M in funding from the Federal Transit Administration TOD Pilot Program, along with Sound Transit and local partner match.
Item 2: Active Land Use Projects Interactive Map
Staff will demonstrate how to access and navigate the new Active Land Use Projects Interactive Map program.
