2. Accept the 2020 Trickling Filter Media Replacement Project as complete with Stellar J. Corporation and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certification of Completion.
3. Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment #5 with CivicPlus in the amount of $3103.90.
4. Award construction contract for the Rotary Park Renovation to Specialty Equipment/Neptune General Construction in the amount of $460,775.70.
5. Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreements with the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission regarding the acceptance and utilization of the FY22 Recreational Boating Safety (RBS) Federal Financial Assistance Grant in the amount of $15,477.90.
