On September 18, 2017, there was a candidates night for school board and city council seats at Evergreen Middle School in Everett. The candidates answered questions from residents. Kate Larsen, Assistant Director of the Everett Public Library and Tom Norcott, a neighborhood leader, moderated the forum.
This is event was made possible through the combined efforts of co-sponsoring organizations and community groups: City of Everett’s Office of Neighborhoods, Everett Channel, Friends of the Everett Public Library, Evergreen Middle School, and the Bayside, Boulevard Bluffs, Cascade View, Harborview-Seahurst-Glenhaven, Holly, Lowell, Northwest, Pinehurst-Beverly Park, Twin Creeks, View Ridge-Madison, Westmont neighborhood associations.
