The City of Delaware approached Delaware Hayes High School about having video arts class students create short videos on topics selected by the City that residents would find useful. Students in the "D-Town" class receive real-world experience and the finished product counts toward their class grade; The City, via high-quality video, is able to engage residents via another media. This video on fire prevention and fire safety was produced in October 2014 by Mad Dog Productions, comprised of Hayes’ juniors Ian Alger, Corbin Binkley, Josh Hill and Evan Hecker.
