Recorded by contact mics this is the Millenium Bridge in rain. Drops often hit on, or very close to, the mics. People are still walking past but the wet dampens their footsteps. At one point a large group of school kids come by, some squeaking their trainers on the wet metal surface. There is a suspicion of some of their voices too.
