Warm, unsettled weather. This is almost one continuous recording but a prologue and epilogue have been added to give a rounder picture of the storm's effect on Hinterhof life. The prologue - 0'00"/1'57" with baby and thunder - occurred about 10min before the rain started and the epilogue - 53'02"/55'23" with magpie and water drips - took place about 50min after it had finished. In between it's one take. The loudest thunder clap at 42'04" - much closer than all the rest - is heavily overloads the original recording. For this upload I've reduced its level. The distortion is still there but less obvious and doing this means that the rest of the recording can be brought up to a more consistent level.
