Tortillas Ezekiel Tortillas or Corn tortillas (gluten free) Avocado, mashed Hummus Romaine lettuce Black beans or beans of your choice, mashed Homemade salsa (see below) or low sodium salsa Sliced red onion Sliced tomatoes Toothpicks to hold tortillas together Spread hummus and avocado first and then add in other ingredients. Careful not to put in too much as tortilla won’t roll up as good. Roll, cut in half and secure with toothpick.
