In my opinion, here's yet another security loophole at Westwater Views condominiums at Railway Avenue, Richmond, BC admitted by recycling truck driver. This condominium complex, managed by Oscar Saari, has been repeatedly hit by criminals. It does not have any video security cameras. In fact, the strata council refused free video cameras, but didn't tell "that" to the owners, in the Minutes published and mailed out by Saari.
