Kingston MA- The Kingston police along with Kingston Recreation department hosts a women's self defense class at the town's recreation center and always has a strong turnout of women looking to better prepare themselves in the event of danger. We spoke with one of the instructors to find out about what the class entails and to learn a bit about the instructor himself.

This has to stop! Watching these gullible women feel confident to defend themselves by using weak blows like that will put them in even greater danger than if they just comply with an attacker.
A punch that will not incapacitate an attacker will infuriate him even further, so much that if he didn't have the intention to maim or kill the woman after being "punched" maybe he will consider beating the shi7 out of the woman!
