children. court documents state, the 4-year- old girl was taken to the hospital with multiple bruises on her body. police say popplewell admitted to causing some of the injuries. popplewell recently served 7 months in jail on another case involving child endangering... he was convicted last year of stealing from a u- d-f... leaving his then 4-year-old daughter at the store. fort thomas police are investigating a single-vehicle crash that killed a driver and critically injured two others. police say the car was speeding on eastbound i-275, when the driver lost control and the vehicle began to flip. the driver was pronounced dead at the scene... a 7-month old infant was ejected from a car seat... the child and a woman in the backseat were both rushed to hospitals with critical injuries. we're told needles were found at the scene and track marks were found on the driver. names of those

been released. a major crime bust. a common denominator in a sting of violent crimes has led to multiple arrests and $150-thousand dollars worth of drugs taken off the streets. cincinnati police say, an investigation surrounding a group of local rap artists led to the arrest of their self proclaimed c- e-o. police say the group, focused disipline and dedication or f-d-d, has made music videos and scheduled performances. we're told the leader, 30-year-old jerry black, was arrested on friday. police say during a traffic stop they found a signifact amount of marijuana. family of four from canada were taken to the hospital... but the girl passed away yesterday. uber says the driver charged with six counts of murder after a shooting rampage in kalamazoo, michigan, had passed a background check... but had only been driving for the ride-hailing service for less than a month. uber says riders had given jason dalton good ratings, until saturday when it received multiple complaints about his driving. an indiana man says he was visiting kalamazoo when he heard reports about an active shooter... he ordered an uber for his family.. and they got into dalton's car.
