3 3 another busy day is ahead... for state lawmakers. several controversial issues are up for debate.... with just a few days left in the legislative session. 3 that includes an *abortion bill that will have a final debate in the senate. it would put regulations on abortion clinics and cut funding to planned parenthood. and the state house will have a final debate on a

local governments from passing their *own red light camera laws. the state house is also holding a final vote to *repeal the "co-habitation law." the outdated law makes it *illegal for a man and woman who live together, and who are *not married . those couples could face a fine, and even jail time. florida is one of only *three states, to still have that law on the books. 3 a group fighting for immigrant rights... is bringing its message to state lawmakers this week. but before they get to tallahassee... they're stopping in tampa. "we are florida" is holding a news in ybor city, at ten this morning. the group is made up of immigrant workers, voters, and community leaders. their goal is to make sure dead... and buried. the state house proposed several of them this session... but they failed in the senate. the group is also planning a news conference tomorrow... at 3 a sad update, on seaworld's most famous killer whale. "tilikum" is very sick... and *not responding to treatment. park officials say he has an infection that

((walter/ "tilly" is likely the most *infamous killer whale in the world. he's been involved in 3 deaths.....including trainer dawn brancheau in 20-10. sea world's vet says tilly has a respiratory infection.... something he's battled in the past. but this time he's not responding to antibiotics. seaworld says tilly is on medication right now, and interacting with other whales. 3 peta released a statement blaming tilikum's condition on years of captivity. but his vet at sea world says he likely wouldn't have lived this long in the wild... without treatment.

3 in manatee county: no *criminal charges will be filed... after a service dog another dog. and the dog behind the attack... has bitten before. 3 "padi's" story first made headlines last year, after he bit a child's ear... at a vets office. the dog was almost saved him. they even passed a law... in padi's name... to protect other pets. and governor scott *signed it yesterday. but a few this time it was a golden retriever puppy, training to be a service dog. the puppy was bit on the nose. the sheriff's office is now calling it an "unfortunate accident." but the state attorneys office will investigate. 3 (walter/ and take a good look at your screen right now. the pasco county sheriff's office needs want to find this man. they say he walked right out of walmart with two big screen t-v's. this picture was taken february 22nd at the hudson walmart on u-s 19. deputies say he put two 55-inch televisions in his cart.. and rolled them out the door. he left in a white,

in the headlines this half hour: north korea is stirring up more tension... after pictures showing kim jong un standing next to what appears to be a model nuclear warhead. those pictures come just two days after north korea threatened south korea with nuclear strikes. 3 at the same time... kim jong un posted a statement online. he says the miniaturized warheads will be set on top of ballistic missiles. this is the first time the north has publicly revealed its nuclear warhead designs. however it's still not clear whether north korea actually has a warhead of that size... or if they are trying to develop one. last week... the u-n security council imposed harsh new sanctions on the north in response to january's nuclear test.

the man known as the "fifth beatle" has died. the band's legendary producer, sir george martin died peacefully at his home yesterday. the cause of death has not yet been released. martin offered the beatles their first recording contract in 19-62. his career spanned 5 decades and he produced more than 700 records. martin won 6 grammys... was inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame... and was even knighted in 19-96. sir george martin was 90-years-old. 3 and... a rare and beautiful sight over the skies of indonesia last night. it was a total 3 solar eclipse. that's when the moon passes in front of the sun. only people in indonesia and other parts of southeast asia could see it in person. but nasa did *stream the sight live... online. the u-s will have to wait more than a *year for *our next total solar eclipse. it should happen in august of 20-17.
