and matt pellman that is traffic filling in for karen. >> reporter: it is very mild. >> reporter: you're right matt, as you step outside, storm tracker 6 live double scan we're looking at rain mostly to the west of us, not all that strong, the pattern of rain right now. this is what we were expecting light stuff toward the morning commute. toward the end of the commute it may build a little bit. we're on the look out for patchy dense fog that's been few and far between so far, some of you are seeing it not everybody. there's additional rain from the south and west. at times we'll be rather wet. the visibility in philadelphia, ten miles not much of an issue. we're seeing it in delaware and reading and 1.5-mile visibility. 2.5 in trenton. this pattern may change we may see the fog pick up a littleo far so good in most neighborhoods. as we look at temperatures,

board with the rain this morning. it doesn't look like it's all that bad between now until 8:00 a.m. by 9:00 a.m. areas to the west could see steadier rain as we push into 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon we may get into a pattern where there is not as much going on. later on there's a chance of additional rain north an south that continues all the way up until 11:00 a.m., off and on rain out there today model are pretty much projecting a half inch to an inch across the broad region. it may be that we get less in philadelphia. it may be that line shifts a little bit. we're expecting the most rain north and west of us, not so much here. temperatures will be mild all day. 60 degrees by 8:00 a.m. 60 by 10:00 a.m. 61 by noon. 64 by 3:00 p.m. before we are back down to 61. there could patchy fog around

this morning and really, about anytime. high temperatures, 64 in philadelphia. 62 in allentown and trenton. 63 in wilmington, 61 in millville. a little cooler in the low to mid 50s down the shore. look what happens later on tonight. the rain doesn't end after cesily tynan is off the air at 11:30 p.m. it continues off and on overnight into saturday morning. check out what's happening in the northern and western suburbs. cold air will be rushing in, the rain may change over to freezing rain and sleet in the morning. in the poconos we have a winter weather advisory for sleet and maybe a little bit of snow it kicks in at 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. saturday. in berks county, 3:00 a.m. be careful it could be cold enough to produce freezing rain up there and roads might be icy beyond that.
