we can't have everything, but we'll enjoy the day. looking at the vine street expressway, looks like a police officer heading westbound. no problems at the moment things are moving along okay. same is true on the schuylkill expressway. on the boulevard route 1 at large street no cross traffic on large you can't cross over the boulevard. i-95 here's how we're looking as you enter the work zone. southbound by cottman. a crowd we expect volume delays, tomorrow morning volume will be lighter. this morning obviously as you can see, the crews the crowd are out and about coming in from bucks county. speaking of bucks county we had a crash in washington crossing along 532 near taylorsville road that's gone. no need to worry about that. eastbound they are working near the fort washington interchange.

protesting what they say is a low wage. . these are not union employees they have been organizing for three years and out here you see union employees showing their support swells other friends and family showing their support. some of their jobs are wheelchair attendants and baggage handlers. philadelphia voters voted to a raise the minimum wage to 10.88 an hour. workers say they have not seen that happen. >> i make 5.75 an hour. i am a tipped employee, but i don't always receive tips. they come to the airport this morning. live at philadelphia international airport, eva pilgrim channel 6 "action news." >> septa says it has identified the suspect wanted for a knockout blow on the el platform. minutes before the cameras captured what appeared to be a verbal fight between the young suspect and the 60-year-old victim. the attack knocked the victim unconscious and broke his jaw. the young assailant is expected to surrender to the authorities today. a ship that ran aground in the delaware river is now in the mantua creek. it took tugboats several tries to tow it back into the channel past the burlington bristol bridge. nobody on board or onshore was hurt. mcdonald's is beefing up

wages but not all worker will be loving it. maribel abers is live at the nasdaq. >> reporter: the fast food chain will hike the hourly rate of employees at its u.s. restaurants to a dollar above the minimum wage that amounts to 10% page raise. critics says the raise is inefficient and only benefit 5% of the workers. the pay increase at stores mcdonald's operates not the franchise operated stores that make up 9 on the% of the u.s. locations. stock foingt -- pointing to a lower open. two local beaches made as the best family beaches in the united states, cape may and rehoboth beach made the top ten

>> welcome back chopper 6 is live over some breaking news coming to us from upper darby delaware county. you're taker ago look, firefighters on scene. this is the 500 block of mill bank road in upper darby. they got word of a fire around 5:50. they rushed to the scene because they heard that people were trapped inside. but the good news, everybody got out of there. they have pretty much gotten it under control. you can see them there but not frantic. it looks is as though this is coming together. >> reporter: the crews are blocking off the street. midway avenue between hamdon

>> we have new video of an early-morning fire into the newsroom. a homeowner held her pet tight after a basement fire. firefighters saved another pet dog from the home. they were called to the home around 1:00 a.m. no injuries were reported. new on "action news," a lehigh valley doctor is under arrest. police say he has been exposing himself to women on several college campuses. the latest incident happened in in allentown on monday. the doctor isness first year of -- in his first career of residency in traffic surgery. he has been suspended pending the outcome of the situation. spca took possession of several horses on grays avenue.

hours. as of now, the death toll stands at 15 and 60 wounded. they reportedly fired at random. three dorms are cleared they believe they have the gunman under fire in one of the buildings. it is unclear if there are students inside the dorm buildings. the reports of sail had a bob -- al-shabaab carried out the attacks. it is located near the snow boarder where attacks have been claimed by islamist group. stay with "action news" and for updates. happening today it's the start of what's expected to be a drawn out legal battle bob menendez faces corruption charges by accepting $1 million

these workers for the airline prime flight and prospect are here. they are work in different roles some jobs include wheelchair attendants and baggage handlers. voters voted to wage the minimum wage for subcontractors employees. the workers say that hadn't happened. >> almost a year ago in may where 90% of the people voting voted to give the people a raise to 10.88 appear hour. and inspite of the fact the mayor put in an executive order to give the workers $12 an hour. the companies ignored that and the worker said they have had enough. >> the demonstrators have been going nonsymptom since 4:30 -- nonstop since 4:30, so they have taken a break. they will rally today at 2:00 p.m. at arch street united

>> welcome back, i-95 is always a busy place in the morning this is not good, i-95 northbound in delaware county at 420. you can see a car carrier and smoke coming from the upper rim of it. looks like the white vehicle for some reason had an engine fire. white smoke billowing into the area. it's a terrible place for them to be having trouble. >> reporter: as we continue to watch this, it's affecting not just that one vehicle on fire, but a couple of different vehicles, i believe the fire started in the vehicle that's hard to make out a tan-colored car spread to the audi suv. i don't know if the director can do that, we're having problems with it on the big board that would be great.

the fire crews got out here quickly, they are trying to get the fire contained andy under control. the ramble from 422 to the northbound lanes is closed, so you have to use the ramps at ridley park instead. not only that you're seeing the backlog on i-95 northbound north of the blue route at 420. if you're trying to get to the airport, problems on i-95 you'll hit that delay for sure, i can't send you to the ramps at 295. keep in mind they are closed for that long term construction. those are the issues on i-95 in delco. big picture we have delays, 24 hours southbound by cottman, 15 by girard southbound. large street boulevard no across the travel allowed because of traffic light troubles. upper darby house fire at mill way and mill bank. le tunnel closing in the next 15
