this afternoon. doors open to the public at 11 this morning. 3 3 after marco rubio finishes with the 2016 faith and family presidential forum, he will head over to the greenville downtown airport for a rally. doors open at 4-15 p-m and the event is scheduled to start at five. 3 3 and republican john kasich is having an event this afternoon in orangeburg. afterwards, he will go to bluffton for a town hall. 3 3 fresh off of last night's debate in wisconsin, today hillary clinton will host a townhall at an elementary school in denmark, just outside of columbia. she is expected to outline her plans to build on president obama's agenda. 3 3 3 democratic presidential candidates hillary clinton and bernie sanders faced off last night before primaries in nevada and south carolina. lana zak reports on the moments that mattered most. 3 "i do have a disagreement here."the differences were substantive , but subtle in last night's democratic debate. clinton sot:"we agree that wall street should never be

ran against barack obama. i was not that candidate." tag: clinton was asked about losing the female vote in new hampshire, she responded she has devoted her career to empowering women to -quote- mkae their own choices even if that choice is not to vote for me. lz abcn, w 3 3 3 new this morning ... pope francis has begun a seven-day trip that will take him first to havana, cuba, then to mexico. francis and his entourage departed this morning from rome's airport. first stop is havana's airport, where francis will meet for a few hours with the head of the russian orthodox church. it is a ground- breaking step towards improving catholic-orthodox relations. francis will then visit mexico and return to rome on february 18th. 3 3 3 new this morning, the world health organization says possible vaccines for the zika virus are at least 18 months away from large-scale trials. the news comes as state and

close eye on the spreading virus. they tell us conference calls and contingency plans are set up just in case the virus turns up in north carolina. while they do not anticipate the zika virus coming to the state, they are monitoring the situation. 3 3:22-36not in the near terms of the mosquito species coming here and transmitting that directly to people. there is some concern from person to person transmission through sexual activity. the henderson county health director says he is more concerned with the west nile and lacrosse viruses in our area. 3 3 3 new developments this morning on a story we've been following for you since last month. the "state department of insurance" is now looking into more than one-thousand complaints against blue cross blue shield of north carolina. the complaints began january fourth. customers are reporting problems with billing, verifying coverage, and technical issues paying premiums. a public report of the findings will be issued once the examination is finished, but there is no word

3 3 3 the biltmore estate is kicking off this valentine's day weekend with the opening of a brand new exhibit. 40 wedding gowns and costumes, featured in films, go on display today. news 13's lauren brigman is live outside biltmore this morning. lauren, this is the first time all of these custom pieces are coming together? and it is the only place you will be able to see them, because this exhibit is will not travel after opening here at biltmore. 3 throughout the home you will find costumes featured in academy-award winning films... worn by the actresses and actors themselves. dresses from "pride and prejudice" and mary shelley's "frankenstein"... plus costumes worn by the likes of meryl streep, robert redford and gwyneth paltrow. multiple departments at biltmore have come together for this first- time exhibit. engineering services working to light each display... and the floral

wedding scenes with intricate floral arrangements. after more than a year of planning, each custom mannequin is now ready to tell their story to visitors. 3 "each of the costumes is from a film, from a wedding scene in the film, and they cover a span of about 200 to 250 years. so, it just is an incredible showcase of f fhion history." the other part of this showcase, continues into antler hill village and dives into the family history behind biltmore. a london-based company created the costumes and also partnered with biltmore for a re-creation of cornelia vanderbilt's wedding gown and veil... which are on display. visitors will also see a family heirloom wedding veil displayed for the first time... also worn by jackie kennedy in her wedding to future president, john kennedy. 3 the exhibit begins this morning at 9 and runs through july 4-th.admission to the "fashionable romance" showcase is included with the general

3 it is 5:xx ... you can now feel like you're spending a night in vincent van gogh's bedroom, and you don't have to leave the u-s to do so. the art institute of chicago recently commissioned a recreation of van gogh's "yellow house" bedroom for an exhibit opening sunday. the exhibit pays tribute to three paintings van gogh created of the room in the late 19th century. and the museum is renting out that room for just 10 dollars a night on rental site air-b-n-b. the rate includes two tickets to the exhibition, which runs through may 10th. 3 3 here is a look at current conditions.. here are your weather headlines for today..

3 3 all new this morning... a man from western north carolina is now charged in connection with the armed occupation of the oregon wildlife refuge. the u-s attorney's office in oregon says jason blomgren, from murphy, is charged with felony conspiracy to interfere with federal workers. local media reports that blomgren was on the wildlife refuge from january 10 through january 26th. and that he was taken into custody wednesday in nevada near the bundy ranch. blomgren was arrested after officials say he tried to buy an a-r 15 rifle. 3 3 the last protesters at the refuge were removed yesterday after nearly 2 months of kim hutcherson reports, those last hold-outs will be in court today. 3 four right-wing protesters from the maheur national wildlife refuge are set to appear in federal court in portland, oregon friday-- after they were taken into custody thursday. david fry,
