online 3 3 covering our 3 counties--we are working to get more information on a shooting in spartanburg county that sent a child to the hospital. hospital.monday night, the sheriff's office was called our to a home on rowe street in the arcadia community. deputies say a five year old was injured.we're told the shooting was an accident.. but no other details have been released. 3 an overnight house fire is under investigation in laurens county.crews with the waterloo fire department and the sheriff's office were called out to whitten road just after 2:00 this morning.we're told two dogs died in the fire.. but no one else was hurt.right

3 welcome back to the morning news on fox carolina.you're taking a live look at -- greenville 3 3 a virginia police a virginia police officer will be laid to rest later today after being killed on her first day on the job. job.funeral services are planned for officer "ashley guindon" today at noon.she's one of three officers shot on saturday responding to a domestic violence call.guindon was sworn in as an officer on the force on friday.the two other officers are expected to survive."ronald hamilton" is now facing a capital murder charge. 3 3 sports reporter erin andrews is talking about the trauma she's gone through after nude photos of her ended up online. online.she took the stand monday in her lawsuit against the nashville marriott hotel. back in 2008... a man who's been convicted of stalking andrews took video of her through a peephole at the hotel.andrews' lawsuit says the hotel is responsible for

3 it's a huge day for the presidential primary season. with voters going to the polls in 12 states.. and hundreds of delegates at stake.. it's make or break day for the candidates. candidates.and for democrat hillary clinton.. today could give her a big enough lead to knock out her only opponent-- bernie sanders.clinton has won the first three out of four state contests.and a new cnn- orc poll out monday shows clinton is favored nationwide.. with 55 percent of democrats supporting her. but sanders isn't giving up yet.he has strong support in states like oklahoma, colorado and minnesota.his home state of vermont also votes today. 3 on the republican side.. donald trump still has a huge lead.monday's cnn/orc poll shows he's dominating with 49 percent of republican voters nationwide.marco rubio is in second place, with just 16 percent, followed by 15 percent for ted cruz. 3 we'll have continuing coverage of super tuesday all day on fox carolina dot com.. facebook and twitter.and we'll bring you the results as the

3 new from overnight..crowds gathered in the streets of raleigh, north carolina monday night... hours after a deadly police-involved shooting.the "news and observer" reports peaceful people protested at the scene of the shooting. 3 raleigh police say it happened around noon monday..they say they were trying to arrest a man on a felony drug charge, when he ran off. off.police have not identified the man.. but a woman tells local media it was her son, 24 year old akiel deakins. witnesses report he was shot in the back.. possibly six or seven times.police say the officer involved in the shooting is a 29 year old senior officer who's worked for the department for six years.he is on administrative duty while state authorities investigate. 3 3 covering our counties:a shooting investigation is

3 this weekend -- a benefit will be held in honor of a greenville county deputy -- who was **shot in the line of duty. duty.this saturday, march 5th-- you're invited on a motorcyle ride called "a love run for officer dave dempsey." the event kicks off at 1 p-m at the greenville county square-and will be a straight ride to the travelers rest police department.all the money raised will go to officer dempsey and his family. family.back in december- dempsey was shot during a burglary call in taylors. he spent 41 days in the hospital and has already undergone weeks of rehab.and he still has a long road ahead.event organizers say support for dempsey and his family continues to pour in. 3 3 3 "and then the people that i've met througohut this whole process, just the outpour of love, the outpour of wanting
