afternoon.south carolina governor nikki haley is endorsing marco rubio! rubio!she's expected to make the announcement official in just a couple of hours, near columbia. columbia.in the past few days... governor haley said she hadn't made her decision yet...but did indicate she would -not- be endorsing donald trump.political experts agree an endorsement by haley is significant for rubio.as a rising star among republicans, she was selected by the party to give the rebuttal to the president's state of the union address.in addition to the endorsement, haley is expected to be campaigning with rubio between now and saturday.we will be at the event this evening at six... and will stream it live on fox carolina dot com. 3 right now... three days before the republican primary...a new c-n-n poll has donald trump with a 16-point lead in south carolina.ted cruz and marco rubio round out the top three... followed by jeb bush, ben carson, and john kasich. kasich.all of the candidates have been criss-crossing the

in stable but in critical condition following surgery this morning- 3 now take a look at these surveillance photos...the suspects are seen with their faces covered with red bandanas.one man was wearing a dark hooded jacket, light blue jeans, and red tennis shoes. the other was wearing a camouflage hooded jacket, dark blue jeans, and tan shoes.the sheriff's office says the suspect wearing camo jumped over the store counter and took cash from the register. before taking off from the scene...deputies say the other suspect shot the clerk.anyone with information on these two suspects or on the armed robbery is asked to call crime stoppers at 1-888-crime-sc. 3 we have a sad update on a story we first brought you yesterday here at four- four-asheville police say a 17-year-old has died following a shooting at the deaver view apartments yesterday afternoon.

logan--was rushed to the hospital...where police say he died just after 6 this morning. investigators tell us they have identified persons of interest in the shooting.we'll pass along more information on those wanted for questioning...when it's released to us. 3 a laurens county man is in serious condition but is expected to recover after a home invasion that ended in a shooting. shooting.deputies say just before 6 this morning...two men wearing dark gray hoodies...broke into a home on christian drive.that's when they say a man was shot in the leg.he was airlifed to the hospital...but is expected to be ok.deputies say a woman and child were also home at the time...but were not hurt.the suspects left the scene...and deputies say no information is known about them.they tell us it appears the shooting started as a home invasion...but that nothing was stolen. 3 staying in pickens county-an easley man is locked up after

pretended to be a greenville steal a car! car!deputies say when they began questioning "alan gunter"...he showed them a deputy's small uniform pin and employee of the sheriff's office.the victim then told deputies that guner had tried to take his car by reaching in through the window and grabbing him...reportedly yelling for the man to surrender his car. car.the incident happened saturday at a home on pope field road.gunter was arrested at the scene and charged with attempted carjacking and impersonating a police officer. 3 happening now---- 3 the city of belton combined utilities says a boil water advisory is now in effect for some customers.that includes those in and around pelzer street, kelly street, woodward street, jackson street, ramsdale street, and smythe street.officials say customers in those areas should vigorously boil their water for at least one minute before drinking or cooking.officials

rd @ woodruff rdaccidents in spartanburg carolina country club rd @ canaan rd s.c.d.o.t. cam on--pit crew traffic sponsored the carolina law group 3 3 3 s-c-d-o-t is undergoing training to make our roads safer...and we were there as they took part in several hands-on training exercises this afternoon.the training included practice pushing wrecked vehicles to simulate this traffic management maneuver.this is the first time s-c-d-ot has done this type of training for its employees.officials say it'll help better prepare them to make minor repairs to disabled vehicles and assist with traffic control and traffic incident management- 3 3 3 3 "with traffic the way it is and getting people off of the highway and out of the harm way as soon as possible they are going to do a clear type program adn they relocate the vehicle to the shoulder fo the road." road." 3 the s-c-d-o-t state highway emergency program was established in 19-96 and serves motorists traveling

they found three kids living in quote "deplorable conditions." conditions."reports state deputies were serving a warrant at the couple's home on bennett dairy road in cowpens...when they found the young kids.emma hinton and michael nairn are now both charged with three counts of child neglect. 3 in pickens county-two women are behind bars--accused of getting a teen girl high and persuading her to "sext" with a man. man.warrants state "emily brown" and "misty collins" provided the 14-year-old with marijuana...and while under the influence, deputies say the women persuaded the girl to take nude pictures of herself and send them to an adult male.both black and collins are facing a number of charges...including sexual exploitation of a minor. 3 also in pickens county-an easley woman is charged with arson after investigators say she set fire to her home for the insurance money! money!deputies, sled, and the easley fire department

senate.and one candidate's campaign posters have drawn some attention online. online.take a look...mitchell gunter is a running for re-election and says he came up with his posters as a lighthearted way to show what he stands for.you can see in one poster he's sitting at a desk with a poster of abraham lincoln and the emancipation proclamation.in another poster gunter says he wanted to show his support for the second amendment, the constitution and american flag.he says though initially clemson staff were hesitant to hang the poster...he appreciates that they looked into the issue further. 3 3 3 3 initially they said i couldnt put them up when i pulled out the rule book there was no rule preventing me from doing it to the universitys credit they did approve them, i am very thankful to the university. university.gunter says he does not have the rifle on campus but he says the posters are a free speech issue.in response....many others have commented online saying the poster does not send the right message.we reached out to the student organization "see the stripes" for a response to the
